The company named Mehmet Kiraz Tourism, established on 05.11.2008 in Denizli, was acquired by us on 07.03.2012, its trade name was changed, and it was incorporated into our structure. In 2013, it became a member of IATA. As of 01.09.2012, the company began its business life in the Fatih/Istanbul head office, and later expanded with the Üsküdar/Istanbul and Ankara offices. In these offices, it continues its sales operations together with Tower Tourism and Seyyah Tourism, providing services in Hajj and Umrah organizations with its professional team.

The company named Kule Aviation and Tourism Trade Ltd. Co. established in Istanbul, was acquired and incorporated into our group. It became an IATA member in 2016. Since its restructuring in 2016, the company has been operating in our Fatih / Istanbul, Üsküdar / Istanbul, and Ankara offices, jointly with İsra Tourism and Seyyah Tourism, providing VIP services in Hajj and Umrah organizations with its professional team.

Simge Tourism, established in Mersin on 01.01.1998, was acquired by our company on 25.12.2015, its trade name was changed, and it was incorporated into our group. The company became an IATA member in 2015. Today, it operates as a firm with 14 official branches in addition to its headquarters. By increasing the number of branches each year, our company aims to be closer to our customers in Anatolia. With its professional team, it provides services in Hajj and Umrah organizations.

SV Tourism, established in Istanbul on 01.01.1995, was acquired by our company on 04.06.2014, its trade name was changed, and it was incorporated into our group. In 2022, the company became a member of IATA. Since its restructuring on 01.07.2014, it has been operating with our offices in Fatih/Istanbul, Üsküdar/Istanbul, and Ankara, in collaboration with Isra Tourism and Tower Tourism. SV Tourism provides a wide range of services, primarily to corporate clients, including flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa assistance services, car rentals, congresses, conferences, seminars, meeting organizations, and more. In addition, the company organizes domestic and international cultural tours, particularly to Spain, Italy, Jerusalem, the Balkans, and Egypt.

On 27.10.2016, Royal Avis Air Airlines Inc. was established in Istanbul with a separate partnership structure and incorporated into our group as a sister company. Its first major initiative took place during the 2016/2017 Umrah season, when, following an agreement with BoraJet Airlines, one aircraft was leased for Umrah flights between November and May. All official permits in Saudi Arabia were obtained by our company, and the first flight was successfully operated on 15 November 2016 from Bursa Yenişehir Airport. After six round-trip flights, operations were suspended due to internal issues within BoraJet Airlines, and the agreement was mutually terminated. Subsequently, the company continued its activities by organizing charter flight operations through Turkish Airlines. As of 2024, following its cooperation with Corendon Airlines, two aircraft were leased for Umrah and Hajj flights between October and June, with all official permits in Saudi Arabia once again secured by our company. The Umrah season began on 15 October 2024 with the first flight from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport to Jeddah. By the end of the season on 28 April 2025, a total of 32,079 passengers (nearly 400 flights) had been transported on round-trip Umrah journeys. Additionally, during the ongoing Hajj season, 567 passengers have been carried on Hajj flights. The company’s long-term goal is to become a new international airline specializing in both passenger and cargo transportation.

09.01.2017 tarihinde İstanbul’da Lona Hotels Otelcilik AŞ ünvanlı şirketi tarafımızca ayrı bir ortaklık dağılımı ile kurulmuş olup kardeş kuruluş olarak bünyemize dahil edilmiştir. 2016/2017 umre sezonunda boyunca ilk icraatı olarak Suudi Arabistan Mekke Maabde Bölgesinde Aseel Group Company’e ait 2 yıldız kategorisinde olan Samar Al Aseel Hotel umre sezonu boyunca komple kiralanarak umre misafirlerimizi ağırlamıştır ve sektördeki diğer acentalar ile diğer ülkelerden gelen umre seyahati düzenleyen acentalara rezervasyon usulü satışı yapılmıştır. An itibariyle Mekke Mahbes bölgesinde 1456 odalı Al Fajr Al Badea Hotel, Mekke Al Hafair bölgesinde 267 odalı Diary Al Saad Hotel, Medine Al Markaziah bölgesinde 179 odalı Louloat Al Diyafah Hotel tarafımızca 2022 yılından 2027 yılına kadar tamamıyla kiralık anlaşması olup satışı yapılmaktadır. 2023 Aralık ayında Artvin Borçka Atanoğlu köyünde 28 odalı basit otel ruhsatlı işletme satın alınarak, an itibariyle proje aşamasında olan en az 60 ve üstü odalı 4*+ standartlarında otel haline getirilmek üzere çalışmalarımız devam etmektedir. Hedefimiz çok yakın tarihte inşaata başlanarak önce İstanbul çevresinde ve sonra diğer illerde çoğalarak Uluslararası yerli otel zinciri olabilmektir.
