Ahmet Muhammet Dinçer, Founding Board Member and Chairman of the Board of Bey İstanbul Group Construction Inc., was born on December 12, 1985, in Denizli.
In 1999, he completed his secondary education at Antalya Manavgat Imam Hatip High School. In 2003, he graduated from the German Travel Agency Department of Istanbul Etiler Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School. In 2006, he received his Associate Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Pamukkale University, and in 2008, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Anadolu University. He continued his academic journey by completing a Master’s Degree with Thesis in Tourism Guidance at Cappadocia University in 2022.
His dedication to education and constant desire for self-improvement have always been decisive in both his personal and professional journey. In this regard, he did not limit himself only to the field of tourism but also improved himself in other disciplines such as technology and software, media, and advertising. Thus, he both closely followed the dynamics of the era and integrated the knowledge he gained from various fields into his professional life, acquiring a multifaceted perspective. Apart from his school internships in the tourism sector, he began his professional career in 2005. However, during his childhood years in Antalya, he had the opportunity to closely observe his family’s commercial activities in tourism. In 2010, he completed his short-term military service as a Tourism Gendarmerie in Bursa.
Since starting his career in 2005, he gained experience in the operational departments of travel agencies and later served as Operations Manager. He played an active role in the development of the companies he worked for; between 2010 and 2012, after his military service, he took part in the management team of his last company with a 10% partnership.
In 2012, he took an important step in his business life by co-founding İsra Tourism, the first company of Bey İstanbul Group, together with his partners. Since then, Ahmet Muhammet Dinçer has stood out not only as an entrepreneur but also as a visionary leader. Today, he continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of the company. With his extensive experience in the sector and his strong management approach, he leads the group’s growth journey and, with his innovative perspective and strategic vision, continues to shape both the company’s and the industry’s future.
